1. Roasted Sweet Potatoes

| 35-45 Minutes 


How to Make

  1. Preheat the oven to 350-375
  2. In a bowl, toss together chopped potatoes, CBD olive oil, salt, and pepper 
  3. Spread on baking sheet 
  4. Roast in oven until tender, stirring every 10 to 15 minutes 

2. Za’atar Sheet Pan Salmon

| 20 minutes 

Za’tar Sheet Pan SalmonIngredients 

  • 4 4-6 oz. salmon filets
  • 1 lb. peeled and sliced carrots
  • 1 lb. medium beets, diced 
  • ¼ cup pistachios, chopped finely 
  • 4 oz. arugula or pea tendrils 
  • 2 T. CBD olive oil 
  • 4 T. CBD coconut oil 
  • 2 T. za’atar 
  • 1 T. kosher salt
  • 1 t. Black pepper 
  • 2 t. honey
  • ½ large red onion, diced 
  • zest of 1 lemon with juice reserved 

How to Make 

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Place salmon filets, beets, carrots, and onions on a sheet pan
  3. In a bowl, mix coconut oil, lemon zest, za’atar, salt, pepper, and honey until everything is coated with coconut oil; spread over salmon and veggies 
  4. Roast for 10 to 12 minutes or until salmon flakes with a fork and veggies are tender 
  5. Mix EVOO with pea tendrils and pistachios and top salmon and vegges before serving 

3. Apple Crumble with CBD

| 70 Minutes 


  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats, divided 
  • ½  cup almond flour
  • 3 oz. coconut palm or monk sugar 
  • 5 oz. Jenny’s Baked at Home Full-Spectrum CBD Coconut Oil
  • ½ cup sliced almonds 
  • ½ t. salt
  • 2 peeled and chopped apples 
  • 8 oz. dried raisins, figs, dates, or apricots
  • 4 oz. candied ginger, chopped 
  • 2 T. arrowroot or tapioca starch 
  • ½ cup raw honey

How to Make

  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Use a food processor to grind one-half of oats and almond flour to a fine powder 
  3. Add coconut oil and sugar to the mix; pulse to mix
  4. Add almonds, oats, and salt; pulse to mix 
  5. In a bowl, toss together apples, ginger, honey, starch, and dried fruit 
  6. Place the fruit mix into a 9×9 baking pan 
  7. Crumble the oat mixture over the fruit evenly 
  8. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes 
  9. Rest about 20 minutes before serving 

4. The Ultimate Gluten-Free Brownies

| 15-20 minutes 


  • 1 box Jenny’s Baked at Home Brownie Mix
  • 1 cup Jenny’s Baked at Home CBD Coconut Oil
  • 1 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 2 eggs 
  • Optional add-ins: walnuts, dried sour cherries, cashew butter 

How to Make 

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a large bowl, add the brownie mix, coconut oil, eggs, and yogurt and mix well 
  3. Add optional ingredients by folding into the mix 
  4. Pour the batter into baking cups or a cupcake pan
