I’ve teamed up with Jessica Ruth Shepard, Holistic Health Coach and Bodywork Practitioner. She’s created an easy to make but deeply satisfying snack (or dessert!)– Power Bombs.

Jessica helps others be the healthiest version of themselves. She is a Holistic Health Coach and she’s been a bodyworker for over 20 years.

Jessica’s Power Bombs check all the boxes:

Sweet, savory, rich, satisfying, easy, and nutritious.

This is Jessica.

Power Bombs are akin to your first love. That might be hyperbole, but they are magical.

Nut butter, mixed nuts, and seeds provide a creamy texture and a satisfying richness. Naturally sweetened with Medjool dates to add a caramel flavor. Shredded coconut adds texture and an aromatic profile. Finally, the cacao brings depth and decadence.

Purely divine.

If you don’t think it gets better than that…it does, my friends.

Here’s why:

1. It’s stacked with nutrients

Think: beneficial fats like MCTs, protein, antioxidants, omegas, vitamins, and minerals. Oh my!

2. It contains full-spectrum CBD coconut oil

(use Kat20 until 4-30-2020 to get 20% off CBD coconut oil)

3. No baking. No fussing. Not 10 dirty bowls. Not regretful eating.

Jessica Ruth Shepard will also be doing a 6-month intimate group program into your body, thoughts, emotions, and spirit via two 75-minute Zoom sessions per month for 6 months. If you need to recalibrate, definitely check it out.

Plus…she will be using some of my CBD products in her program!

:: Power Bombs (Savory Snack)::

 Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups of raw mixed nuts and seeds

5 soaked Medjool dates

1/2 cup unsweetened nut butter of your choice

1 tsp maple extract (vanilla is fine too.)

1/4 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut

1 TBS cinnamon

2-3 TBS raw cacao powder (depending on taste)

1/4 cup Jenny’s Baked at Home Full-Spectrum CBD Coconut Oil

6 drops of organic liquid Stevia

3 scoops of protein powder (optional)

Instructions:

Pulverize or finely chop the nuts and dates (I use a Vitamix but you can use any type of blender/mixer or by hand!)

Melt the coconut oil. Then, add liquid Stevia to the oil.

Mix nuts and dates mixture, nut butter, and cinnamon to the coconut oil and Stevia mixture.

Fold in the protein powder. Mix well.

Flatten mixture onto an 8×8 inch pan, lined with parchment paper.

Cut into small squares (or roll into balls), cover with parchment and refrigerate for two hours.

Store in the fridge to keep firm.

When ready…eat and devour!
