:: CBD INFUSED GINGER CARROT SOUP ::
Servings: 4-6 // Total Time: 45 minutes
2 tablespoons Jenny’s Baked at Home CBD Infused Coconut Oil, for sautéing
1 cup onion, diced
2 cups carrots, diced
5 cups vegetable broth
2 full droppers of Jenny’s Baked at Home Ginger tincture
Salt and pepper to taste
1 ½ teaspoons Jenny’s Baked at Home CBD Infused Coconut Oil, to top each bowl before serving
In medium skillet, add 2 tablespoons CBD infused coconut oil and onion. Cook onion until almost translucent. Add carrots and cook on low to medium heat, until tender, about 20-25 minutes. Stir often to avoid burning carrots and onions. Add broth and bring to a boil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove and let cool for a few minutes. Pour mixture into blender, add 2 full droppers of CBD infused ginger tincture. Blend until smooth. Pour into bowls, add salt and pepper to taste. Top with ¼ teaspoon CBD infused coconut oil. Enjoy!
