3 pounds sweet potatoes, cut into 1 ½ inch pieces
1/4 cup Jenny’s Baked at Home CBD infused Olive Oil
2 teaspoons kosher salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 350-375 degrees Fahrenheit. Toss potatoes with CBD infused olive oil, salt, and pepper on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast until tender and slightly browned, stirring occasionally, about 35-45 minutes.
