Dreamy Vegan Caesar Salad

Add garlic and capers to a food processor and pulse several times. Add tamari, miso, agave, and lemon juice, puree till smooth. Stream in oils to emulsify. Add yeast and black pepper.
Toss dressing with chopped romaine lettuce and croutons.

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp raw local honey
  • 1 tbsp traditional yeast
  • 4 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp CBD-infused extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tbsp CBD-infused coconut oil
  • 1 tsp tamari
  • 1 tsp white miso
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 serving croutons
  • 1 serving chopped romaine lettuce
